Harry Kane: Bayern Munich submit final bid for Tottenham and England striker

Bayern Munich has made its final offer for Harry Kane to Tottenham, and they need a swift response.

If Spurs don't respond quickly, the German champions will move on to other options.
According to Sky in Germany, Bayern's bid for the 30-year-old is valued around €100m euros (£86.24m) with add-ons included.

On Sunday, August 13, Tottenham will kick off their Premier League season against Brentford. Kane would like his future to be settled before then.
The danger for Spurs is losing an elite goalscorer on a free next summer, perhaps to a Premier League rival, if they choose to keep Kane beyond the current transfer window.

He has no intention of renewing his contract with Tottenham this summer and would rather play for Bayern than any of the other teams interested in him, including French champions PSG.

Sky Sports News predicts a swift move if Spurs take the deal.

Over the course of a five-year contract, Kane could make upwards of £11 million net yearly. We'll break that down into a base wage, games played, and bonus potential.

In addition, Tottenham's all-time leading scorer hasn't ruled out a possible comeback to the Premier League.

Kane scored 30 goals in the Premier League last season, but Spurs had a dismal year overall, finishing in eighth place and missing out on European play.

With 280 goals in 435 games for Tottenham since his debut in December 2011, Kane is the club's all-time leading scorer.

He is presently 48 goals away from surpassing Alan Shearer as the Premier League's all-time leading scorer, having scored 213 goals in 320 appearances.
The difference between price and value is obvious. Tottenham chairman Daniel Levy is in financial talks with Bayern Munich's CEO, which means that striker Harry Kane is considering the pros and cons of a potential move as the two clubs discuss his potential compensation.

He has hinted at being open to the transfer, but his commitment to his childhood club is demonstrated by his insistence that a deal must be finalized before the opening Premier League game of the season.

Obviously, for Kane, this isn't a financial decision. The decision is motivated by his legacy rather than the fact that he would become Bayern's highest paid player.

That's why it's worth thinking about who has scored the most goals in the Premier League. It has been said that he won't move overseas because he wants to break the all-time scoring record in addition to the ones he already has for Tottenham and England. With 30 goals scored in the previous campaign, it's also within reach.

This goal need not be sacrificed if you follow Bayern Munich to Germany. Whether or not a proposed five-year deal is fulfilled in full, Kane, who has carefully controlled his body, may yet return to chase the 48 strikes he needs to pass Alan Shearer.

Moving to Bayern would give him a great chance of finally adding a team trophy to his resume.
