Tinubu Will Promote Economic Growth, Trans-Border Security In ECOWAS – Ajulo

Dr. Kayode Ajulo, a legal practitioner, has voiced faith in President Bola Tinubu's abilities to promote economic growth of the region, trans border security, and the establishment of rule of law among ECOWAS member nations while serving as President of ECOWAS.

This was said in a statement that was released on Tuesday in Abuja in the wake of Tinubu's election as chairman of the Economic Community of West African States (ECOWAS) at the 63rd Ordinary Session, which was recently finished off in Bissau, Guinea-Bissau.
Ajulo hailed the event as a big occurrence that would return Nigeria to its natural place of leadership in the West African sub-region and on the African continent. This would be a significant step forward for Nigeria.
He went on to say that the new development was a reassuring one, and that it had the potential to motivate Nigerians into entire cooperation and unwavering faith in the newly installed leadership of the country.

Ajulo, the founder of Egalitarian Mission for Africa, a non-governmental organisation that is a certified observer of ECOWAS, said Tinubu’s leadership would translate into a new dawn in the affairs of ECOWAS and achieving its set objectives.

He also stated that Tinubu's election to chair a highly rated regional body was a reflection of his great leadership characteristics, visionary temperament, dedication, and commitment to the development of Nigeria and the West African area. He mentioned this in relation to the election of Tinubu.

He stated that Tinubu had made an outstanding impression through his acceptance speech on the road to go, adding that the speech had echoed and resonated with everyone. He said this while referring to Tinubu's address on the way to go.

I would like to extend my congratulations to Mr. President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria and extend my best wishes for a prosperous reign to him, the government, and the good people of Nigeria. Ajulo said.
After being chosen president of the Economic Community of West African States (ECOWAS), Bola Tinubu spoke at a summit in Bissau, where he stated that democracy was "the best form of government," despite the fact that it was "very difficult to manage."
