There is no indication from Manchester United that they are considering terminating the contract of Erik Ten Hag. Renowned football journalist and CaughtOffside columnist Fabrizio Romano suggests that even a potential loss againstd arch-rivals Liverpool on Sunday would not be a decisive factor in the Dutchman's dismissal.

Ten Hag's team has already faced setbacks, including a Carabao Cup defeat to Newcastle in the fourth round and elimination from the Champions League group stage. Despite these challenges and the upcoming match against Liverpool, Romano believes that Manchester United is not signaling any intention to part ways with the former Ajax boss.

He states, "I don't have any information about this, and no signals are coming from United that this could happen—none at all. Expressing his perspective on the situation at Old Trafford ahead of Sir Jim Ratcliffe's anticipated arrival, Romano adds, "The problem is not Ten Hag; there are many things to sort out at Manchester United."
