According to reports, Chelsea has made a second offer to Benfica to get Enzo Fernandez, a talented midfielder for Argentina and a World Cup winner.

Fernandez is not actively seeking a transfer away from Benfica at this time and instead wants to see if an agreement can be reached between the two teams.
Chelsea is still determined to sign Fernandez, who appears to be a world-class addition to their roster.
