The Huawei P40 Pro brings the design of the Huawei P30 Pro much closer to being ideal. It takes the primary emphasis of the P series, the camera, and makes significant advancements in that area. When it comes to its camera, battery life, and a number of other high-end features that you'll want from a contemporary smartphone, the Huawei P40 is an excellent phone that has some wonderful hardware that, when combined, makes for a spectacular experience.
DESIGN DISPLAY
The display of the Huawei P40 does not have a "Quad-curve Overflow Display" like the one on the P40 Pro has, therefore the front of the phone seems much more conventional since it is covered in a flat sheet of glass. But despite that, it has a really appealing overall appearance. The phone comes with a screen protector that is already attached to the display, a sizable cutout in the upper left corner of the screen for the twin cameras, and buffed, curved metal along the sides, top, and bottom of the device. Even if it doesn't quite live up to the reputation of its older sibling, this phone has a classy appearance and an upscale feel to it. The Huawei P40 features a display with a resolution of 1080 x 2340, making it a Wide Full HD display. The display is 6.1 inches in size. This screen is inferior than the one on the OnePlus 7T Pro by a significant margin, for example, and is not the best in its class considering the price. Having said that, it has a resolution of 422 pixels per inch, which is a good quantity.
CAMERA
The Leica-branded camera system found on the Huawei P40 includes a primary camera with a resolution of 50 megapixels and an aperture of 1.9 millimeters, an ultra-wide camera with a resolution of 16 megapixels and a telephoto camera with an aperture of 2.4 millimeters and the ability to achieve a zoom factor of three. The photographs that it produces are of an exceptionally high quality. Even in pixel-binned mode, detail is phenomenal, dynamic range is excellent owing to Huawei's HDR tuning, dynamic range is fantastic, detail is incredible even in pixel-binned mode, and natural subject isolation is just outstanding. The colors are brilliant and lively without being an eyesore. The whole P40-series is created for self-portraits, unlike other selfie cameras, and comes equipped with autofocus. We can attest to the fact that the results are really pleasing.
SOFTWARE
The Huawei P40 comes with Android 10 pre-installed, and EMUI 10.1 is utilized as a skin over the top of Android 10. Because of the power that is packed inside the P40, there is no perceptible latency whether browsing through applications or settings or switching between them. Despite the fact that it is technically more powerful than the OnePlus 7T, the P40 does not feel as nippy as some other devices, such as the OnePlus 7T, because it does not have a screen with a refresh rate of 90Hz.
