The entire organisation has consistently mislead me; even the Regional Director himself called to ask for my opinion and blatantly lied to me. When I left a critical comment about my experience, they blocked me and deleted my comment. Considering how few comments they have on their virtual entertainment, I understand that they do this to everyone who has an unfavourable opinion. In addition, their employees are rude and hunch down when speaking with you. All I requested was for them to get in touch with me if my item had been postponed, not the other way around, but on several occasions, they failed to do so. They are not an impartial company.

Avoiding this organisation is a good idea because it is a farce. Three weeks prior, we made a table request. The table was shipped from Quebec to Vancouver by the transporter they used. We currently reside in South Western Ontario. They seem to take responsibility for the problem and offer no ETAs in response to our requests. Customer service is bewildered and cold. They refuse to pick up the phone. Phone message gives the impression that you have come at a small child's house with no organisation greeting you. Messaged responses are unhelpful, such as, "Your table is in Winnipeg for sure."
I would have asked for post cards from every location my table has visited if I had needed them. When will my ludicrous request be fulfilled? When this object arrives after travelling an extra 9000 kilometres and is in terrible condition, I find it difficult to fathom the nightmare trying to control them. Completely insane With all the other businesses out there who know how to treat their customers right, they'll go bankrupt in no more than five years.
