Brentford goalkeeper David Raya 'is on the radar of LaLiga's top clubs' ahead of a summer transfer.

Manchester United and Tottenham have been thwarted in their pursuit of the goalkeeper.

According to reports, several top La Liga clubs are keeping tabs on Brentford goalkeeper David Raya in anticipation of a potential summer move back to Spain.

Raya is entering the final year of his contract at Brentford after spending the previous 11 years in England with the Blackburn Rovers academy.

Despite reports of interest from Manchester United and Tottenham, the 27-year-old has already stated that he has rejected two contract offers from his current employers.

The Telegraph reports, however, that several La Liga clubs are interested in signing the goalkeeper.

This is bad news for United and Spurs, who are both unsure of who will be the league's top team in the upcoming season.

David Raya, Brentford's current starting goalkeeper, is in the final year of his contract.

, ,Raya is set to have plenty of options if he wants to move away, with Man United, Tottenham and top LaLiga clubs all interested in securing his signature

If Raya decides he wants to leave, he will have several clubs to choose from, including Manchester United, Tottenham, and the best teams in La Liga.

David de Gea's current deal with Old Trafford is set to expire after the current campaign, and he has yet to agree to new terms.

United wanted to keep him on reduced terms, but he recently turned down an offer of £375,000 per week.

Hugo Lloris has been the undisputed starter for Tottenham for the past decade, but as the World Cup winner approaches the end of his 36-year-old career, Spurs are looking for a replacement.

Although Raya appeared to be a good fit for both teams, they may now have to compete with some of Spain's top clubs for his signature.

Since joining Brentford in 2019, Raya has been a shining star, and his efforts helped the club win promotion to the Premier League in 2021.

Now widely regarded as one of the best in the Premier League, he has been instrumental to Thomas Frank's side's continued success this season with nine clean sheets.
