Perimeter Scholars International Award at the University of Waterloo requires the following of all applicants:
- A foreign or domestic student from any country may apply.

Instructions: Prospective recipients of the University of Waterloo Perimeter Scholars International Award must complete an online application and enroll in the required academic program. Faculty/Department will select the student at random.
